All works are available for collection from The Antique Art Gallery EXCELLENCE store or warehouse. Free storage is available up to 7 days. Item price includes professional packing.
Delivery is not included in the item price. We can organize national or international delivery. Please contact us for delivery prices. Express delivery service or special delivery requirements should be requested by contacting the gallery by phone or email.

For unusually large or heavy items, The Antique Art Gallery EXCELLENCE reserves the right to enforce a collection only policy. This will be clearly set out to the customer at the time of order. In such a situation, we can provide advice and help to arrange the work’s delivery if requested, but ultimate shipping responsibility will lie with the customer.
For international delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay any taxes including but not limited to import tax, duty, merchandise, sales or user tax that have to be paid in the country of destination whether on shipment, or on import, or at any other time.

The following clause only applies if you are deemed to be a consumer for the purposes of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Consumers are entitled to return any works purchased online for a full refund within 14 days of receiving physical possession of the works. In this situation, the customer should notify The Antique Art Gallery EXCELLENCE of their decision to return the works by post, email or by completing the model cancellation form, within the 14 day time period. The cost of the return delivery is to be borne by the customer. The works should be returned to The Antique Art Gallery EXCELLENCE in the same condition and in the original packing as when dispatched from us, within a further 14 days from the date of notification. Any deterioration in condition may affect the customer’s right to a full refund. The works will remain the responsibility of the customer until they are physically received by The Antique Art Gallery EXCELLENCE. Returns are not accepted for works purchased in store. Customers should satisfy themselves about the works purchased before submitting an order, as all in store sales are final.
